Summer Gratitude
This time of year for me always brings with it a need to pause and reflect – a ritual of sorts that has stayed with me ever since my time in the classroom.
When I think about what we set out to do and what we accomplished this past year, gratitude is the word that overwhelmingly comes to mind. I have so much gratitude for our board members who continue to support me and help shape GO’s next chapter, for our partners and allies, and for you and your belief in what we do. I continue to be beyond grateful for the families and champions who we journey beside, and for our staff (new and tenured!) who work tirelessly in service of students and families across California.
We have a lot of work ahead and I’m excited for us to get started.
