Why I GO
I GO because I believe quality public education is the single greatest opportunity for all children to start on a path towards lifelong success — and our current system is not meeting this promise.

Sarah Aronson

Interim Director of Development

At GO, Sarah works to both ensure the organization’s financial sustainability and support local teams in their efforts to raise funds to grow their impact. Sarah came to GO by way of 50CAN, where she partnered with local leaders in states across the US (from Connecticut to Hawaii) to improve state-level education policy. Her prior work experience has also included managing a volunteer program supporting low-income older adults to age in their own homes, as well as serving as with AmeriCorps VISTA, where she led youth community arts and educational programs.
